Website (the "Content"). The Content is protected by law, including, but not

or alter all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the
materials, except as expressly permitted on the site, or with written

purposes without the express written consent of Roland Takaoka, with the
exceptions only of "Freebies" downloaded from the "freebies.html" page, as long
as these pages are not redesigned or modified and claimed by user to be
original or a product other than that which is owned and distributed by this
site, Roland Takaoka, or Your Deam Wedding staff or representatives, or

application form, which shall be deemed confidential between its User, Roland
Takaoka, Dreamweddingbook.com and any participating vendors selected by the
User, any information sent to this Website will be treated as non-confidential
and non-proprietary and may be used by Roland Takaoka and/or
Dreamweddingbook.com for any purpose. The information is transmitted at the
sole risk of the User, and Roland Takaoka and/or Dreamweddingbook.com will
assume no liability for interception of the information.

PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT,
DIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, EVEN IF ROLAND TAKAOKA AND/OR
DREAMWEDDINGBOOK.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain
warranties and damages; therefore, part of the provisions above may not apply
to you.
REFERRAL NETWORK
Affilate begins earning commissions on
affiliate's sales starting on the second (2) sale made by affililate. No
commissions are paid on the first sale. We reserve the right to not pay you if
you do not meet our standards of participation in the referral network program.
We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of persons or entities into the
program that we deem inappropriate, such as websites with adult content or
illegal subject matter for examples. Payment terms for referral network
commissions are within 60 days of reaching Minimum Payout. At present, Minimum
Payout is $60.00 of commission earned. We reserve the right to modify the
Minimum Payout amount without prior notice.
Roland Takaoka and/or
Dreamweddingbook.com reserves the right to discontinue our Affiliate Program at
any time without prior notice, including but not limited to any commissions
accrued by User after discontinuance of the program, should discontinuance
happen. Any commissions earned prior to any discontinuance of the program will
be honored and paid as per the terms stated above, or in a reasonable amount of
time.
GENERAL
The Terms and Conditions represent the entire
agreement between Roland Takaoka and/or Dreamweddingbook.com and the User
regarding the Website. Roland Takaoka and/or Dreamweddingbook.com reserves the
right, without liability, in its sole discretion and at any time, to modify or
discontinue the Website; limit, terminate or suspend User's access to the
Website; and make changes to the Terms and Conditions. Any clause declared
invalid shall be deleted and not affect the validity or enforceability of the
remaining provisions.
The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, as applied to
contracts executed and performed wholly within that state by residence thereof.
Users accessing this Website do so on their own initiative and are responsible
for compliance with local laws, ordinances or regulations, if and to the extent
applicable.
Except for equitable relief sought by Roland Takaoka and/or
Dreamweddingbook.com, which may be sought in any court of competent
jurisdiction, the User consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the
State and Federal courts located in Orange County, California.
